Alliance Institute of Medical Education and Research (AI-MER) is a distinctive endeavor aimed at facilitating clinical exposure for medical students and International Medical Graduates in the United States.
Participants are required to exhibit flexibility and adaptability towards any changes introduced to the curriculum or schedule, aimed at enhancing their clinical rotation experience and cognitive medical decision making.

Meer Rafiuddin Ahmed, MD

Dr. Bhatti
"I'm Dr Bhatti, a medical graduate from GMC Chandigarh, India, with a commitment to teach all the USMLE materials including the miscellaneous stuff at the AIMER."

Dr. Fan
Dr. Fan is a board-certified general surgeon who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of vein diseases. He graduated with highest honor from the University of Cincinnati for his undergraduate degree and earned his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine.
Following his surgical training in Cincinnati — where he received Chief Resident of the Year — he completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at Case Western University in Cleveland. Dr. Fan has been practicing medicine for 19 years and was voted Surgeon of the Year (2021) at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center. He currently serves as Chief of Surgery at West Houston Medical Center of HCA.
